This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect through our forms, what we use it for, and how we protect the confidentiality of our clients' operations.
What data we collect, and why
Through this site's contact and job application forms, we only collect the data you choose to share: name, email, phone, company and the message of your inquiry, plus your résumé (CV) if you're applying for a role. We use that data solely to answer your inquiry or evaluate your application, as applicable. We don't use it for commercial or marketing purposes, and we don't share it with third parties.
Confidentiality of operations
We're customs brokers: the documentation and data behind the foreign-trade operations we manage for our clients are confidential. We don't disclose commercial, operational or third-party information tied to the operations we handle — that confidentiality commitment is part of our everyday work, not just this page.
Regulatory compliance
Personal data handled on this site is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and its purpose-limitation and consent principles: we only ask for the data needed for the stated purpose, and that's the only use we give it. You can exercise your rights to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us at estudio@baronio-sa.com.
Data security and retention
The data you send us is transmitted solely to answer your inquiry or process your application, and is never published or shared beyond that purpose. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose.
Retention of job-application data (CVs)
Data and CVs submitted through the careers form are kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, in order to manage the selection process and consider the candidate for future openings. After that period, they are deleted. Applicants may request the deletion or removal of their data at any time by writing to estudio@baronio-sa.com.
